Events & Notices

The Borough of Queenscliffe is working with local businesses and clubs to collect and recycle household batteries and fluorescent tubes and CFLs. Residents can drop-off AAA, AA, C, D 6 volt, 9 volt and button batteries in specially-marked containers located at six businesses across the Borough. Fluorescent tubes and CFLs can be dropped off at the Council offices. The batteries and fluorescent tubes are delivered to the Detox your Home site in Geelong by members of the Rotary Club of Queenscliffe.
