Loads over 3 cubic meters (about the size of a standard box trailer) will be rejected. Materials are only to be placed on the kerb of the waste charge paying proerties the night before the scheduled collection dates. Materials presented prior to this are considered to be Illegal Dumping and fines may be issued.

From 5 March 2018, residents phone the Coffs Coast Waste Service Hotline on 1800 265 495 for voucher(s) to be mailed out. Self-Haul Vouchers – Accepted vehicles include: sedans, station wagons, utility, standard box trailers without size extensions. No light trucks. Up to 200kg of acceptable material.
