In 2019, APR launched its own Material Recovery Facility (MRF) to improve local processing capability and reduce reliance on export markets. The company continues to invest in innovation, with its new advanced recycling (pyrolysis) facility in Maddingley, Victoria, set to commence operations Q1 2026. This plant will transform soft plastics into valuable raw materials, keeping resources in use and out of landfill.
