The following items are NOT collected in your Kerbside Recycling Service(s):
Recycling Tips
Glass Bottles and other glass containers should have lids removed and have been rinsed. Glass must not include contaminants like porcelain, laminated glass, pyrex cookware and light bulbs. Note- glass should not be broken. Aluminium Cans Aluminium cans should be empty and may be crushed to reduce volume Steel Cans Steel cans should be rinsed clean and may be crushed Paper and cardboard Paper and cardboard can be placed in bundles alongside recycle bins provided they are securely tied with string. PET Bottles Pet bottles include most drink bottles & should be empty and have caps removed. HDPE Bottles HDPE bottles should be rinsed and have the caps removed. HDPE containers include plastic milk bottles and most plastic containers used for cleaning products. Testra Packs Milk and fruit juice cartons should be rinsed and crushed
