Garden cuttings include leaves, grass clippings, branches, hay, flowers, sawdust, woodchips and bark.
Environmental Benefits
Composting garden cuttings at home, or using council collection services can:
- reduce greenhouse gas emissions from landfill
- reduce leachate production in landfills
