- Mattresses
- Timber - up to 10 pieces only, max 1.5m lengths
- Kitchenware
- Crockery
- Home improvement material, max 0.5 cubic metres
Booking must be made for service on 1300 88 22 33 Up to 2 booked collections per household per financial year Quantity limited to 2 cubic metres per residence Place out on naturestrip in 2 piles - one for metals and one for other approved materials

- Demolition material, eg bricks, tiles, concrete, fibro, plasterboard

- Hazardous wastes
- Paint
- Automotive parts, eg tyres, batteries, panels
- Domestic garbage
- Commercial materials, even if home based business
- Heavy items that cannot be lifted by 2 people
